Playwrights Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett's theatrical rendition of Anne Frank's famous diary comes to life on Hale Center Theater Orem's stage. Set during World War II and the Holocaust in Nazi-occupied Amsterdam, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK tells the story of the thirteen-year-old girl ANNE, her family, and others who hide with them in a "secret annex" located in the attic of ANNE's father OTTO's business. It is an optimistic tale of courage, love, and the persistence of human goodness in dark times.

The play opened on Broadway in 1955 and received the Tony Award for Best Play. It also received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 1956 New York Drama Critics Circle award for Best Play.

Tickets range in price from $16 - $22 each ($6 or $4 less for children). To order tickets visit the Hale Center Theater Orem box office, call 801-226-8600 or visit haletheater.org. Please be advised that tickets are already over 65% sold out at opening.

Show Schedule
