Generation A is pleased to announce the 2nd annual Utah Local Festival of Arts (UTLFA). This event will provide a place where local artists will display their work while attracting visitors who have an appreciation for art. The festival will be held Saturday October 9, 2010 from 10am to 11 pm at the Salt Lake Masonic Temple, 650 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City.

UTLFA brings together dance, music, cultural heritage and visual artists. Local food vendors will also participate by providing regular festival fare, while visitors peruse booths to learn more about art in Utah.

A festival like the UTLFA promotes artists' work differently than other arts festivals found along the Wasatch Front. "This is one of few arts festivals that accepts artists exclusively from Utah," says Generation A Executive Director Amy Allred. "We want to celebrate the best of what Utah has to offer." Additionally, this occasion also showcases one of Salt Lake City's most historic and architecturally beautiful buildings, the Salt Lake Masonic Temple.
