The Salt Lake City Comic Con FanXperience, which runs from tonight, 4/17 through Saturday 4/19, is proving to be an impressive affair, with cast members of THE WALKING DEAD, STAR TREK, BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, and FIRELY as well as stars such as Bill Shatner, Karl Urban, Billie Dee Williams, Elvira, Micky Dolenz, and Zach Galligan - and these are but a few! And among these guests will also be Las Vegas' very own blood-splattering hit of a show, EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL Ultimate 4D Experience.

Ash and the Gang have been invited to join in the fun at Utah's premiere springtime convention. They will be taking pics with fans and other celebrities at their booth, giving away prizes throughout the convention, presenting a panel, selling convention-exclusive merchandise, and they'll even be presenting a family-friendly 30 minute sneak peek of the production.

"We were at the SLC Comic Con in September and it was a great time," said Sirc Michaels, the producer and director of EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL. "We expect this event will be even more entertaining, especially with the amazing list of guests that are coming out. We're all very excited to have been asked to come back, and are looking forward to our visit to SLC!"

The schedule of Evil Dead events at SLC Comic Con are as follows:

BOOTH 1601
Thurs, Fri, Sat 4/17, 4/18, 4/19
There will be convention-only merchandise on-hand for sale. Ash and the Gang will be signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. S-Mart staff will be on-hand to answer any questions about the production.

FRIDAY 4/18
10am - EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL PANEL
Sirc Michaels and cast members will be discussing various elements of EVIL DEAD in pop culture. They'll also be discussing the show itself, behind-the-scenes stories, and news about the future. They may even be giving out tickets, t-shirts, and other swag for those who attend.

SATURDAY 4/19
3pm - FAMILY-FRIENDLY PERFORMANCE
Ash and the Gang will be giving the convention a taste of what can be expected at the show in Las Vegas. This will be a 30 minute preview of the production. Since it was asked to be family friendly, the cast has embraced this thoroughly and has created a parody of their own show, which is itself a parody. This makes this performance something unique and a must-see for fans going to the SLC FanXperience.

PIC OPS
Fri 4/18 & Sat 4/19
Ash and the Gang will be wandering around the convention, taking pics with fans and unsuspecting conventioneers.

RANDOM GIVEAWAYS
Fri 4/18 & Sat 4/19
Fans and convention attendees are encouraged to watch EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL's twitter feed and check out their events at the convention, because they plan on giving some cool stuff away.

Salt Lake City Comic Con will run Thursday 4/17/14 from 1-8pm, Friday 4/17/14 from 10am-8pm, and Saturday 4/17/14 from 10am-8pm at the Salt Lake City Palace Convention Center. Ticket prices vary for events and days.
