Broadway Across America-Utah, dedicated to bringing the best of Broadway and the finest national tours to Salt Lake City, is pleased to announce a Tony Award-winning line-up for our 2014-2015 season.
From the creators of South Park and winner of nine Tony Awards®, THE BOOK OF MORMON will play a limited two-week engagement July 28-August 9, 2015.
This season will also feature: Two time Tony-Award winner, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT; Eight time Tony-Award winner, including Best Musical, ONCE, straight from Broadway THE ILLUSIONISTS, and the family favorite, HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL.
"This is one of the most exciting line-ups in the thirty years we have been bringing national tours of Broadway musicals to Salt Lake," said Broadway Across America-Utah President John Ballard. "Season tickets holders will enjoy an extraordinary season of Broadway and will also be first in line to secure seats at the spectacular new Performing Arts Center which is now under construction."

Season Ticket Packages include ONCE, HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, and THE ILLUSIONISTS with the option to include THE BOOK OF MORMON in the package. Current Season Ticketholders can begin to renew their season subscription beginning on Monday, March 10 at 9am. New season ticket orders will begin on Monday, March 24 at 9am. SEUSS' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS The Musical features the hit songs "You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch" and "Welcome Christmas" (written by Albert Hague and Dr. Seuss) from the original animated series. Max the Dog narrates as the mean and scheming Grinch, whose heart is "two sizes too small," decides to steal Christmas away from the Holiday loving Whos. Magnificent sets (John Lee Beatty) and costumes (Robert Morgan) inspired by Dr. Seuss' original illustrations help transport audiences to the whimsical world of Whoville, while the Music and Book of Mel Marvin and Timothy Mason breathe new life into this timeless story of the true meaning of Christmas. The 2012 production is directed by Matt August and choreographed by Bob Richard based on the original choreography by John DeLuca and originally created by 3-time Tony Award® winning director, Jack O'Brien.
