Play It Straight will be presented at City Theatre from February 27 to March 16, 2025. Written by Richard Winters, Kerri Yund, and Gary Wright, this drama explores the challenges faced by drama teacher Mr. Ross as he navigates a controversial district mandate to out a gay student to her conservative father. Directed by Adrienne Sher, the cast features Mike Poe, Cisco Perez, and Bruce DeCamp among others, showcasing the complexities of ethics in education amidst societal pressures.
