More than 50 years later the Lads' unique style captures hearts and provides to everyone who sees them many wonderful "Moments to Remember."
Pretty and effervescent, as bubbly as champagne music itself, Mary Lou Metzger was the "pet" of the entire Lawrence Welk musical family. She was also Welk's favorite dancing partner. A young lady of many talents, Mary Lou also appeared in films and onstage in Music in the Air, Lady in the Dark, Most Happy Fella, Kiss Me Kate, The Sound of Music, The King and I, and Carousel. Mary Lou continues to perform in concerts, on cruise ships, in television guest appearances and as hostess of several PBS television music programs.
Paul Boland is one of corporate America's most popular entertainers. This dynamic singer/impressionist has entertained audiences all over the world to standing ovations with his myriad of celebrity impersonations. Hundreds of voices come at you at break neck speed. Paul has perfected the ability to segue from voice to voice so rapidly that it makes the audience say, "How does he do that?" Paul presents celebrities in ways that you don't normally see them, such as, starring in TV commercials. Imagine Elton John as the new spokesman for the 'Hair club for men' or Barry Manilow selling 'Poligrip'. Paul also takes several voices such as Jerry Seinfeld, Robert Deniro, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Borat, Ray Romano, Robin Williams and has them doing something you never thought they would do...SING! The results are hilarious.
Sebastian Anzaldo discovered his knack for doing "Frank" upon moving to Las Vegas. After dedicating time to perfecting the art of Sinatra, he began doing one corporate event after another. As word got out that there was a new 'Chairman' in town, he got the call to star in The Tribute to the Rat Pack on the Las Vegas Strip. This led to six years at the Riviera Hotel & Casino headlining with Sharon Owens as Barbra Streisand in the wonderful Barbra & Frank, The Concert That Never Was.... Sebastian debuted his Sinatra tribute on national TV in the summer of 2007 on the ABC hit show, The Next Best Thing, where he came in 2nd to none other than Elvis! In 2010, he performed at Foxwoods in Connecticut in Legends In Concert and is currently performing nightly with the Barbra & Frank show at the Westin, Las Vegas.
