The Woodland Opera House will hold auditions for the Lerner and Loewe musical CAMELOT Sunday, June 20 at 7 pm at the theatre at 340 2nd Street and Monday, June 21 at 7 p.m. at the dance studio at 415 4th Street.
Come with sheet music in your key to a prepared song (16-32 bars), a resume if available, and dress to dance. There will be cold readings from the script. No prepared monologue required. All roles are available.
The musical is the classic story of King Arthur, Lancelot, Queen Quenevere and the Knights of the Round Table. The show is directed by Rodger McDonald with music direction by James Hernandez and choreography by Eva Sarry. CAMELOT will perform September 17 through October 10 on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Rehearsals will be held Sunday through Thursday evenings.
