Following the fantastic audience response to the last time Neil Berg appeared at Harris Center for the Arts with 100 Years of Broadway in 2011, Mr. Berg returns to Folsom with an all new show celebrating 101 Years of Broadway. This highly anticipated return engagement features a dazzling cast of five Broadway stars accompanied by an all-star New York band.

101 Years of Broadway recreates the biggest moments from the finest Broadway shows of the century featuring the actual stars of shows such as The Phantom of the Opera, LES MISERABLES, Evita, Wonderful Town, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Fiddler on the Roof. These amazing performers light up the stage with songs from the hit shows in which they starred. Neil Berg presents brilliantly revived arrangements of Broadway classics as well as fantastic numbers from Broadway's newest hit shows. 101 Years of Broadway is an unforgettable evening of music that "will keep Broadway buffs in a state of bliss for weeks to come."

Neil Berg's 101 Years of Broadway will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2014; 2 & 7:30 pm. $25-$39; Premium $45; Students with ID $12. Tickets are available online at www.harriscenter.net or from Harris Center Ticket Office at 916-608-6888 from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, and two hours before show time. Parking is included in the price of the ticket. Harris Center is located on the west side of Folsom Lake College campus in Folsom, CA, facing East Bidwell Street.

Past productions of this popular show have featured Betty Buckley, Liz Callaway, Ben Vereen, and Alex Santoriello among others. Along with musical director and pianist Neil Berg, the Harris Center performances will feature Rita Harvey, Natalie Toro, Dustin Brayley, Lawrence Clayton and Rob Evan.

Rita Harvey performed on Broadway in the role of Hodel in the latest revival of Fiddler on the Roof, and can be seen in the role at the Lincoln Center Archives. She made her Broadway debut performing the lead role of Christine Daee in The Phantom of the Opera, and

created the role of Lady Edith in the off-Broadway hit musical The Prince and the Pauper. Rita also created the role of Elizabeth in the highly-acclaimed concept CD/DVD of Frankenstein the Musical available on Amazon.com. Rita is the principle soprano in Neil Berg's 100 Years of Broadway, which was voted the number one touring concert in the country.

Natalie Toro most recently received accolades for her role she originated on Broadway portraying Madame Defarge in A Tale of Two Cities, a role for which she won Sarasota Magazine's Best Supporting Actress Award. She was the first American to play the role of Eponine in LES MISERABLES on Broadway and continued her career as Grizabella in CATS and was nominated for a Jeff Award for her portrayal of Eva Peron in the 20th Anniversary Tour of Evita. She originated the role of Sally in Alan Menken's A Christmas Carol at The Paramount Theater and played Camila in the Tony Award-winner for best musical, In The Heights.

Dustin Brayley is no stranger to the performing arts.He has traveled the world for over a decade with Broadway National Tours, Symphonies, and other various concerts. Born just outside of Washington D.C. in Virginia, Dustin moved to NYC right out of college and hit the ground running, spending the better part of the next 5 years touring internationally with RENT, Miss Saigon and Saturday Night Fever as well as several New York productions. He is also a lead singer with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. You can also catch him on tour with Neil Berg's 100 Years of Broadway and Broadway Rox!

Lawrence Clayton has appeared nationally as Jean Valjean in 25th anniversary production of LES MISERABLES. He also starred in the New York premier of Jerry Springer the Opera at Carnegie Hall with Harvey Keitel and reprised the role at the Sydney Opera House. Broadway appearances include Bells Are Ringing; It Ain't Nothin but the Blues, The Civil War, Once upon a Mattress, and Dreamgirls. Off Broadway includes, Crowns at Second Stage, (Audelco Award) Saturn Returns and Romance in Hard Times at The Public Theater, and as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Paramount Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Rob Evan has performed in seven leading roles on the New York Stage including the original Broadway cast of Jekyll & Hyde, playing the title roles for three years and over 1,000 performances worldwide. His rendition of "This Is the Moment" has been performed at numerous prestigious events including the 2001 Inaugural Gala for President George W. Bush, and the Millennium Independence Day US Naval Revue aboard the USS JFK for President Clinton. Rob also appeared on Broadway as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables, Kerchak in Disney's Tarzan, The Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors, and Count von Krolock in Jim Steinman's Dance of the Vampires. Off-Broadway, Rob created the roles of The Dancin' Kid in Johnny Guitar and the hero Miles Hendon in Neil Berg's The Prince and the Pauper.

Neil Berg is the composer/lyricist of the hit Off-Broadway musical The Prince and the Pauper, which ran for two years at the Lambs Theater in New York City. The New York Times raved "Prince and the Pauper as "...soaring on the wings of theatrical fun." Neil is currently the composer for the new Broadway-bound musical Grumpy Old Men, based on the Warner Brothers movie classic. Two of Berg's new musicals have been selected for the prestigious New York Musical Theater Festival: The Man Who Would Be King, a musical realization of Rudyard Kipling's novella, and Tim and Scrooge, the sequel to A Christmas Carol. Neil is currently collaborating with Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Robert Schenkkan on a new rock musical called The 1 which will open at San Jose Rep Theatre in September of 2014.
