Imagination Theater will host its fourth annual fundraiser, "An Affair to Remember," on Friday, August 19, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Smith Flat House in Placerville. The theater is excited about this new location as it is suited for this year's theme, "A Summer Wedding Reception." Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door.
Enjoy an evening of fine wines and food while bidding on items donated by local businesses and individuals. There will be a live and silent auction during the evening. Proceeds will benefit Imagination Theater and allow it to continue to provide quality, creative live theater in the foothills. IT is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
This auction is a great opportunity to shop early for holiday gifts. An all-inclusive weekend in Ashland Oregon, wine tours, dinners, massages, themed gift baskets, and season theater tickets are just a few of the many items that await. The cast of the fall production, Father of the Bride, will be joining the celebration and participants are encouraged to wear wedding attire.
