Once again by popular demand, Capital Stage announces the hilarious and irreverent return of Every Christmas Story Ever Told(And Then Some!) by Michael Carleton, James Fitzgerald and John K. Alvarez. Addtionally, for a limited six performances, Capital Stage will present the family favorite It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play adapted by Joe Landry.
 
Part Big Bang, part Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged, Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) is a fast, fond, and furious look at the holiday traditions we all remember (and a few we'd like to forget!) From Tiny Tim to the Grinch, from Frosty to It's a Wonderful Life, nothing is spared in this rollicking tour de farce! See Christmas traditions around the World! Discover the origins of Fruitcake! No holiday tradition is spared in this classic to end all holiday classics!

This year's script has been given more modern up-dates from the original playwrights. Capital Stage Artistic Associate Peter Mohrmann joins original cast members Gary S. Martinez and Eric Wheeler.  Capital Stage Producing Director, JoNathan Williams, directs.
 
Performances for Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) will begin with preview performances on Friday, November 26 at 8pm, Saturday, November 27 at 7pm and Sunday November at 2pm, and will open on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 7pm with performances continuing through January 1, 2010. Showtimes will be Wednesdays - Sundays as follows: Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm; Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 7pm; and Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm.Tickets: $28-$32; Pilothouse Dinner & show packages and Sunday Brunch and show packages are available. Discount tickets are available as follows: Preview tickets: $15; student & senior tickets: $26; Sunday matinees senior tickets: $24; Group rates available for groups of 12 or more.
