The Heiress, a play by Ruth and Augustus Goetz is based on the Henry James novel, Washington Square. The play, set in 1850 New York City, follows the story of Catherine, a plain but exceedingly wealthy young woman. When she falls in love with a charming but penniless suitor, her father is immediately suspicious the man is after her inheritance. What follows is a gothic romance filled with mystery and drama. With Nicole Arcieri, Ruth Chiamulera, Mauro Contrastano, Justin Frison, Loretta Illustrato, Leslie Messina, Alba Ovalles, Kat Robertson and Bryce Smith.
