Rounding Third at Penguin Rep Theatre

The ballfield becomes a battlefield in Richard Dresser's hilarious comedy as two mismatched little league dads lead their sons' team from the first tentative Spring meeting to the climactic championship game. Exhilarating victories, heartbreaking defeats, and interminable rain-outs challenge the tough, blue-collar, win-at-all-costs veteran and the newcomer, both to the town and to baseball, as they battle over how best to lead the team.
