Key Largo by Maxwell Anderson at Nyack Village Theatre

A soldier returning from the war in Spain travels the country to meet with families of his fellow soldiers who were killed in the war. His journey takes him to Key Largo to meet the family of his best friend, a fellow slain soldier, on a quest for resolve of his inner issues. When he arrives, he runs into a dangerous gang of murderous swindlers and gamblers who are holding the hotel hostage and finally meets the father and daughter of his best friend, resolving his inner issues in a most surprising ending.
