The Elmwood Playhouse of Nyack NY present two one act comedies in a back to back "double bill" of pure hilarity — Peter Shaffer's Black Comedy and Tom Stoppard's The Real Inspector Hound. Black Comedy, directed by Melinda Pinto, is a comedic farce about a lovesick sculptor, his fiancée, her pompous father, a fussy neighbor, unexpected visitors and purloined antiques. The Real Inspector Hound, directed by Omar Kozarsky, satires the Agatha Christine genre with everything from an isolated setting, a dead body, and eccentric characters up to no good. Things about even more crazy once the critics who are reviewing the show get involved in the action. The cast features Stavros Adamides, Marty Andreas, Ralph Bowers, Debbie Buchsbaum, Elaine D'Addezio, Andrew Deutsch, Jenna Dunlay, Emily Gardner, Bernie Garzia, James Lugo, Matt Masiello, Dale O'Dell, Christina Orfanoudakis, Mark Rinis, Meg Sewell, and Earle Ziff.
