The highly successful "Ballroom DanceSport Extravaganza ; We Are The Champions" featuring six World and American Champion ballroom couples, will return to the Westchester Broadway Theatre for one performance Tuesday evening, Nov. 9. The highly popular show, which highlights almost all phases of ballroom dancing in showcase presentations in two 50-minutes acts, continues to perform to sold out audiences as it travels the Eastern United States. The show, too, features one of the world's greatest Argentine Tango couples as well as the amazing 12-year-old U.S. Jr. Champions, Patryk and Anna, who were finalists on the recent America's Got Talent seen on NBC-TV.

Among the returning couples are the world's reigning 10-Dance Champions (Latin & Ballroom) and United Kingdom and United States Classical Showdance Champions, Gherman Mustuc and Iveta Lukosiute. No ballroom dance team in the world is as in demand to perform with their exciting and dazzling presentations. They head to the WBT after a highly successful tour of the Far East and a stop-off in Chicago where they were guest stars at the annual Harvest Moon Ball.

Certain to draw attention to the show are the mind boggling 12-year-olds, Patryk (Ploszak) and Anna (Kaczmarski) who won the hearts of America on NBC TV's recent America's Got Talent. The New York youngsters turned down the opportunity to go on the show's 25-cities national tour because they wanted to return to school after a tiring six-weeks stay in Hollywood. Patryk and Anna have won the past two National Jr,. I titles in Latin, Ballroom and 10-Dance and twice represented the U.S. at the World Championships in England. Last year they challenged the much older 16-year-olds for the National Jr. II crown and won the silver medal. America's Got Talent Judge, Howie Mandel, believes the pair can win any dance contest they enter.

A trio of other returning couples include Igor Litvinov and Julia Ivleva, who on PBS it was said, "they redefined the standard of standard dancing with their interpretation of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" as they captured the Showdance title at the Ohio Star Ball. They are currently the winners of 60 major competitions across America and twice the U.S. representative to the World Showdance Festival.

Bulgarian Champions, Plamen Danailov with Tina Gerova, and Dmitri and Svetlana Ostashkin are back. Both couples dance Latin. Danailov and Gerova, four-times undefeated Champions of Bulgaria and reigning Fred Astaire National Champions, are unique and precise in their presentations which are crowd-pleasing to audiences everywhere. They are much-requested for corporate and fund-raising appearances throughout the world.

Extremely popular and audience favorites are Dmitri and Svetlana Ostashkin who were twice the Latin Champions of Eastern Europe and Grand Finalists for the World Showdance crown held in Shanghai, China. Their signature presentation of their rumba, "Smile", has been a highlight of past shows as is their show ending "Big Boy Cha Cha Cha".

The audience is certain to be enthralled by stars, Ivan Terrazas and Sara Grdan who are known for their dedication to the passion and intensity of Argentine Tango. With their sensuous dancing chemistry they performed the past two years to huge acclaim in New York City Center's Fall Dance Festival and were featured dancers with the Pan American Symphony Orchestra.

The show's producer is Bob Beslove. It's Artistic Director is Marianne Nicole and Musical Director, Peter Collins.
