Three Day Hangover partners with the Emelin Theatre to bring their critically acclaimed boozy retelling of Romeo and Juliet to Mamaroneck in Westchester County, New York.
R+J: Star-Cross'd Death Match is a highly immersive production of Romeo & Juliet that places the audience right in the middle of Shakespeare's most famous family feud. When two households break from ancient grudge to new mutiny, spectators must pick a side in the fight! Young love clashes with quick tempers and there will be consequences for actors and audiences alike! Lori Wolter Hudson directs a cast of ten, including Jeff Irwin as Romeo and Suzy Jane Hunt (Broadway's Dead Accounts, rogerandtom) as Juliet, with David Hudson, Paul Kite (Lincoln Center's Macbeth), Jenna Panther, Taylor Shurte, David Ryan Smith (One Man, Two Guvnors, Passing Strange), Brendan Spieth, Titus Tompkins, and Mark Watson (Indian Ink).
