Pleasantville theater company Arc Stages announces Private Eyes to begin their third season for their professional company, the Next Stage.
The NextStage premiered two years ago with John Cariani's LOVE/SICK and focuses on showcasing new, innovative work by a wide variety of exciting and talented writers. It is the third wing of a company that also includes a thriving Educational Stage and Community Stage.
Private Eyes will feature Stacey Bone-Gleason*, Joe Candelora*, Doug Goldring*, Kate Sutherlin McLeod, and Jed Peterson* and will be directed by Stephanie Kovacs Cohen.
Private Eyes is a comedy of suspicion, in which nothing is ever quite what it seems. Matthew's wife, Lisa, is having an affair with Adrian, a British theatre director. Or perhaps the affair is part of the play being rehearsed. The audience itself plays the role of detective in this hilarious "relationship thriller" about love, lust, and the power of deception.
Performances will be held at Arc Stages, located at 147 Wheeler Avenue in Pleasantville, NY.
