The Oversoul Theatre Collective has launched an engaging partnership with the Underground Railroad Cafe, bringing a series of monthly events to the New Bedford community. The THUMP & SOUL SESSION, held every third Saturday at 9 PM, features an eclectic mix of House Music, Rare Groove, and Afrobeats curated by the resident sound system WAMPTRONICA along with guest DJs. Additional programming includes blues jams led by Mwalim DaPhunkee Professor and GRIOT's CORNER, which highlights poetry and civic dialogues on the third Wednesday of each month. This collaboration aims to foster artistic innovation and community engagement through diverse cultural offerings.
