Trinity Repertory Company opens its 61st season with POTUS, a comedic play by Selina Fillinger that satirizes the chaotic nature of politics through the lens of seven women working to manage a presidential crisis. With a blend of raunchy humor and absurdity, the play explores the dynamics within this inner circle as they navigate both personal and professional conflicts. Directed by Curt Columbus, the cast features resident company members Jackie Davis and Rachael Warren, alongside Brown/Trinity Rep MFA students Tay Bass and Sara States, and guest artists Rachel Dulude, Jenna Lea Scott, and Deb Martin. The production promises to deliver a mix of laughter and thought-provoking moments as it unfolds in Trinity Rep's Dowling Theater.
