Trinity Rep Hosts Press Conference Announcing Theatre Program for Military Families, 9/28

Trinity Rep announces that they will be hosting national launch of Theater Communications Groups (TCG)'s Blue Star Theatres Program for Military Families. The press conference will be held on Friday from 1:45–2:15pm at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, RI. In partnership with Blue Star Families and with support from MetLife Foundation, TCG's Blue Star Theatres program will connect a variety of theatre offerings to military personnel and their families across the United States. This initiative recognizes the profound contributions of service families and seeks to build stronger connections between theatres, military families and their communities.

The press conference on Friday at Trinity Rep will feature the following speakers:

Through the Blue Star Theatres Program, Trinity Rep offers a wide variety of discounted single ticket and subscription admissions, as well as reduced tuition for their Young Actors Studio theater classes for children grades K-12. Blue Star discounted admission for the regular season is $32/weekday & preview performances and $36/weekend performances. For A Christmas Carol, the Blue Star discounted admission is 5% off regular price adult tickets and children's admission for all shows are $22. Some restrictions apply. Military personnel and their families should mention "BLUE STAR" when purchasing tickets. Additionally, Trinity Repertory's Education Department is offering Young Actors Studio classes at 10% off with the mention of "BLUE STAR".
