2nd Story Theatre presents the Rhode Island premiere of "August: Osage County" by Tracy Letts, directed by Ed Shea through April 1.

AUGUST:OSAGE COUNTY is the story of a vanished father. A pill-popping mother. Three sisters harboring secrets. When the Weston clan of Pawhuska, Oklahoma reunites after Dad disappears, the family homestead explodes in a firestorm of repressed truths and unsettling revelations. A major new play that unflinchingly-and uproariously-exposes the dark side of the Midwestern American family. Winner of the 2008 Pulitzer Prize.

The performances will take place at 2nd Story Theatre, 28 Market Street, Warren, RI 02885.

Performances are on Thursdays at 7pm, Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 3pm, with an additional performance on Sunday, March 11 at 7:30pm. Ticket Price: $25; Under 21: $20
