The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre (The Gamm) has announced six additional performances of Hamlet through December 18. William Shakespeare's timeless tale of murder and revenge, directed by Gamm Resident Director FrEd Sullivan, Jr., has been playing to sold-out houses, nightly standing ovations and critical praise since it opened on November 3, necessitating an extension just one week into its regular run.

Staged against a curtain of red "the color of blood and passion," The Gamm's "breathtaking" production "celebrates the Bard's rich language while making his characters, and their struggles, extraordinarily accessible," says the Boston Globe.

Hamlet runs through December 18 at The Gamm Theatre, 172 Exchange St., Pawtucket, RI. Tickets are $34 and $42 (depending on day/time). 401-723-4266 or gammtheatre.org.
