MADAGASCAR LIVE! Comes To Providence Performing Arts Center 4/8-10

MADAGASCAR LIVE!, DreamWorks Theatricals' first-ever live family touring show, will play at the Providence Performing Arts Center April 8 - 10. This brand new stage show, aimed at family audiences, stars Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo and members of the madcap Madagascar crew, King Julien and the crafty Penguins from the beloved Madagascar film series.

The original story will be brought to new life in a ninety-minute stage show that will transport audience members from the Central Park Zoo to the wilds of Madagascar. In addition to featuring everyone's favorite characters, MADAGASCAR LIVE! takes the audience on an action-packed adventure with imaginative set, costume and puppet design, magnificent singing and dancing and the hit song "Move It, Move" for an experience the entire family will enjoy.

Performance days and times for MADAGASCAR LIVE! are Friday, April 8 at 7P, Saturday, April 9 at 11A, 2P and 5P, and Sunday, April 10 at 11A, 2P and 5P. Regularly-priced tickets are $83 - $23; all ticket prices include a $3 per ticket restoration charge and are subject to change without notice.

On Monday, March 21, PPAC will have a special one day sale for MADAGASCAR LIVE!. Patrons can purchase tickets for $15 or a family four-pack for only $40; these prices include the PPAC restoration charge. Simply use the code MADLIVE when ordering tickets in person at the PPAC Box Office, online at www.ppacri.org or by phone at (401) 421 - ARTS (2787). The PPAC Box Office is located at 220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence. Box Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 10A to 5P; Saturday, 10A to 2P and through curtain time(s) on performance days.

This special one day sale is valid for Saturday and Sunday performances ONLY. The $15 tickets are restricted to Orchestra center (row BB and back), Orchestra left and right (row S and back) and First Dress Circle. A family four pack can ONLY be purchased by phone or in-person and is restricted to Second Dress Circle. Please note that there are no adjustments on prior purchases, tickets are subject to availability, and that ticket prices are subject to change.
