Death Note, The Musical 2024

Theatre Royal Bath Productions in association with Universal Theatrical Group have  announced casting for the World Premiere of brand-new musical Alfred Hitchcock Presents – The Musical at Theatre Royal Bath from 22 March to 12 April 2025.

'Miss Saigon' international tour stars Laurence Mossman (Thuy) and Kiara Dario (Gigi) have just signed up with top London-based theater agencies [Creative Artists Management for Mossman; Lowly Hamilton Artists for Dario], which signals their big move to the West End.

The full 12-strong cast has been announced for the UK premiere of the new US musical Fly More Than You Fall at Southwark Playhouse Elephant from 18th October- 23rd November.

You Do It Entertainment LTD with Carter Dixon McGill Productions will present a workshop and industry presentation of Colin Ross Waterson and Ben Hartley original new British musical, A SECOND CHANCE. Learn more about the show!

Hiro Iida: Known as an electronic music designer making waves worldwide, he's a sound craftsman designing the sound of musicals. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he has won two Grammy Awards. Some of his notable works include 'The Notebook THE MUSICAL,' 'THE GREAT GATSBY,' 'Kimberly Akimbo,' 'Tootsie' on Broadway, 'MJ THE MUSICAL,' 'Mean Girls' in the UK, 'The Man Who Laughs,' 'Mata Hari,' and 'XCALIBUR' in Korea, as well as 'DEATH NOTE THE MUSICAL,' 'Musical IKIRU,' and 'Your Lie in April' in Japan. He has also provided music to notable figures like Akiko Yano.

If Your Lie in April follows the same patterns as Death Note, it won’t be the last time we hear of this iteration. It would be absolutely wonderful to see both of them completely realised as full production at last. The demand is there and the West End should take note.
