O'Connell and Company is set to present the latest installment of THE GOLDEN GIRLS- THE LOST EPISODES 5- GOLDEN IS THE NEW BLACK. Billed as a hilarious, naughty drag parody of America's favorite sitcom, the script by David Cerda includes two new episodes.

O'Connell & Company will present Shady Pines 2 Production's The Golden Girls: The Lost Episodes Vol. 5 – Golden is the New Black.

On Saturday, November 4th, 2023, at 9:30 pm, the Laurie Beechman Theatre presents a touching evening, marking the 20th anniversary of Charles Sanchez's HIV/AIDS diagnosis, led by the indomitable Mr. Sanchez himself and featuring the brilliant compositions of Joel B. New.

A film adaptation of Murder, She Wrote is currently in the works at Universal. Back in 2013, NBC announced a series reboot of Murder, She Wrote starring Octavia Spencer. At the time, Angela Lansbury praised Spencer as a 'absolutely wonderful' actress, but disapproved of the reboot overall.

Full disclosure: I saw Solve Along A Murder She Wrote in London a number of years ago. As soon as I saw it was on at the Fringe I elbowed my way through the other BW reviewers, pushed a couple of them over, stepping over their bodies, shocked looks on their faces ignored, just so I could get to the front of the queue and see this show again. And it did not disappoint. 

Just in time for Mother’s Day, The Green Room 42 will present the world premiere concert of R.E.D. Hat Fight Club, with Broadway performers in an utterly ridiculous and overtly queer musical parody.

Virtually join award-winning songwriter Joel B. New on his birthday as he performs songs from his latest projects, including Undertaking Christmas, Monkey Trouble Unleashed!, Mackenzie and the Missing Boy, Cabot Cove, and premieres from his brand new gay historical rom-com musical Lincoln Hill.

Following the sell-out success of performances of Dr Blood's Old Travelling Show this October, audiences can now look forward to a wide range of live experiences at the Belgrade Theatre, with socially distanced shows taking place throughout November and December. 

Loud & Fast Funny (LAFF) Shows, a sketch comedy troupe developed by Main Street Artists through a partnership with IndyFringe, will present a pair of hour-long pop culture parody shows at the District Theatre Cabaret on Fridays and Saturdays from February 28 through April 18, 2020, with two performances each night at 7:30pm and 9:00pm. Performances will take place in the Cabaret Space at the District Theatre, 627 Massachusetts Avenue in downtown Indianapolis.

DEATHTRAP gets off to a slow start, but by Scene Two - when the third of five characters enters the action - it's off to a fast-paced saga of twists, turns, and fatalities... Hilarity and homicide ensue, but in ways you won't see coming, with so many plot twists and misdirects that even an audience with ESP might gasp, as the Garden's sold-out house did all night long. Charles Sanchez ('Mrs. Subplotnik') is a gay, HIV+ writer, performer, director and activist living in New York City. He is one of the co-founders of Skipping Boyz Productions, and conceived, writes and stars in the musical comedy web series, Merce, which was named Best HIV/AIDS Content at America's Rainbow Film Festival in 2016 and won the Audience Award for Short Film at the 2017 Kaleidoscope Film Festival.

Paul Taylor-Mills is delighted to announce MT Fest UK, a two-week festival of new musical theatre at The Other Palace from Monday 11 to Saturday 23 February 2019. The festival will present new work by both emerging and established writers, as well as programming talks and concerts from some of the most celebrated performers, writers and producers currently working in musical theatre. Along with a lineup of singers from Broadway and beyond -- including Madge Dietrich (Kinky Boots), CK Edwards (Shuffle Along), Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Women On The Verge…), Victoria Huston-Elem (Finding Neverland), Travis Kent (Disaster!), Richard Riaz Yoder (Hello, Dolly!), Ben Roseberry (Gentleman's Guide…), Hansel Tan (The Four Immigrants), and Michael Winther (Fun Home) -- New will perform highlights from his diverse collection of projects, many of which appear on his forthcoming sophomore album, sardonically entitled Joel B. BLOODY BLOODY JESSICA FLETCHER: A MUSICAL PARODY, a new musical with an original score by Keith Varney and a book by Kevon Zak, Josh Lamon and Phillip Taratula, will get an industry reading on April 24. The presentation will star Beth Leavel, Josh Lamon, Phillip Taratula, Leslie Kritzer, Randy Blair, Emily Walton, and Gretchen Wylder.
