DSI Comedy Theater Prepares to Welcome Atlanta's Einstein Meets Elvis 8/14

DSI Comedy Theater is closing out the summer with a performance from Einstein Meets Elvis from Atlanta's Jackpie Theatre. This hysterically inventive touring group will perform on the bill of Best Show Ever at 9:30 p.m. on Friday August 13. They will also compete during the 9:30 p.m. Improv Slam on Saturday, August 14. Tickets for both shows cost $10. DSI Comedy Theater is located at 200 N. Greensboro St, in the Carr Mill Mall between Elmo's and Southern Rail. Details online: www.DSIcomedy.com

Einstein Meets Elvis is an award-winning touring team that features an all-star cast performing rocket fueled improv. Featuring longtime friends, EME is an explosive show that has toured the country. They have performed at the Charleston Comedy Festival, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, Richmond Improv Festival, Black Box Improv Festival, Southeastern Comedy Arts Festival, Spontaneous Combustion, So ILL Improv Festival, Hawaii Festival of Improv, as well as multiple shows at Theatre 99 (Charleston, SC), DSI Comedy Theater, Mississippi State University and Ole Miss--all the while performing and coaching in Atlanta every week. They are performing Friday night with DSI Comedy Theater's Senior PGA.

"Einstein Meets Elvis is one of those touring acts improv theaters can't wait to have back in town," explains Executive Producer Zach Ward, "They are hilarious, entertaining for our audiences and inspiring for our local company of performers."
