Common Ground Theatre (www.cgtheatre.com) is a performance and teaching space located in west Durham, offering performing arts and educational groups a flexible, well-equipped alternative space. The Theatre provides a convenient venue for Triangle audiences to experience the diversity of our area's arts and educational offerings. All events listed will be held at Common Ground Theatre. The Theatre is hosting the following events in FALL, 2010:

FATE presents: Talking Things Over with Chekhov by John Ford Noonan
Ex-lovers Marlene and Jeremy find themselves on a charming journey, fumbling through optimistic expectations, alternating changes in fortunes, and the wisdom of Anton Chekhov, as they strive towards their anticipated return to the Manhattan theatre scene.

Directed by Noelle Barnard, this production includes cast and crew Chris Brown, Julie-Kate Cooper, Nicola Lefler, Deirdre Lewis, and Julya M. Mirro.

An original adaptation of one of Japan's best known and most terrifying ghost stories, Yotsuya Kaidan. Revenge, lust, obsession and the fast track to Hell.

Ghost & Spice Productions Presents: Six Degrees of Separation by John Guare
Witty, Intelligent, Incisive. A young man claiming to be Sidney Poitier's son cons an Upper East Side couple. He sets in motion a series of events that will alter the course of their lives forever. Inspired by a true story, the play is both a laugh-out-loud comedy and a biting social commentary about the separation between the ‘haves' and the ‘have-nots. Winner of the 1993 New York Critic's Circle Award.

Transactors Improv Presents: City of Medicine- Season Finale
Join us for our fourth season of this completely improvised serial medical drama. Inspired by Grey's Anatomy and E.R., this real-life drama is set at Bull City Medical Center, Durham's newest teaching hospital. Each show the cast is joined by a special guest who is either saved or killed by our doctors. Don't miss a single episode.
