Coming back to the Durham Performing Arts Center from May 12th-14th is the national touring production of Chicago! I recently had the great pleasure of interviewing actress Terra C. MacLeod, who stars in the iconic role of Velma Kelly.

Terra has appeared frequently both on the Broadway stage and on the National Tour. She has ?received critical acclaim in cities around the world which include her performance in the World Premiere of Chicago in the language of Moliere in Montreal followed by an engagement at the Casino de Paris in France and a two month run in London's West End. Some highlights of her years with Chicago were participating in the 10th Anniversary Gala directed by Walter Bobbie, Ann Reinking and Rob Fisher and the French company at the casino de Paris under the direction of Scott Ferris and Gary Chryst.

Originally from Montreal, Quebec Terra has spent the last few years between Vancouver, Los Angeles, and New York working in film and television and performing in various theatrical productions across the country and Canada.

She is a three time Jessie Richardson nominee (Outstanding Theatre Award for Artistic Achievement in Vancouver, BC) for her work in Blood Brothers and The Producers, and took home the award for Best Supporting Actress for Anita in the Vancouver Arts Club production of West Side Story.
