Join us in person this July 9 and 10 for readings of Sarah Cho's new play STAINS - acoming-of-age comedy about growing up poor, female, and Korean American in Los Angeles. The play follows its teen protagonist as she is mentored by an imaginary friendwho happens to be a wisecracking blonde witch from a popular 90s sitcom. Directed by Lava Alapai with dramaturgy by Paul Adolphsen.Featuring an amazing cast, including Nina Pamintuan, Annie Yim, Janet Song, Leta Dolores Marcellus, and Nicole Villavicencio Gonzalez, the readings will be at SOU's Music Recital Hall, 450 S Mountain Avenue, at 7:30 pm on Saturday, July 9, and at 1:30 pm on Sunday, July 10.Tickets to the readings are $25, available online and at the door, with a $15 option for students and those in need of access to lower pricing.See our website for latest required Covid precautions.
