AGE Legacy Playwrights showcases the work of three mature female emerging writers of color who are the recipients of the AGE Legacy Playwright grants. Lava Alapai, the first recipient from Portland, Joslyn Housley from Chicago, and Myung Jin (MJ) Kang from Los Angeles each receive a $10,000 grant to support their creative endeavors. The program aims to uplift underrepresented voices and offers a platform for these talented playwrights to share their stories with a broader audience.
