From the creators that brought you 1940s Radio Hour comes an instant holiday classic, 1940s A Christmas Carol. On Christmas Eve, in a small radio station in Newark, New Jersey, the Feddington Players put on their radio adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Whether it's the diva behavior of the veteran actor, performers missing their cues, power outages, or the mayhem and hijinx of putting on a live radio performance, this show will brighten your heart with laughter. The adaptation packs an emotional punch and doesn't shy away from the darker themes within Dickens' novel, nor the world of the players, World War Two. Along with the classic Christmas carols that everyone will sing along to, 1940s A Christmas Carol at Metropolitan Performing Arts is an excellent festive outing for the entire family this December!
Starring Brett Allred, Daniel Rhovan, Amy Wright, Alix Sanchez, Travis Bilenski, Conner Esteb, Mila Ortiz, Holly Hurley Feather, Jesi Sucku, and Ren Hughes. Directed by Dylan Sladky with musical direction by Shanae Tullis and choreographed by Shannon Jung.
