Late Night Puppet Quest hits Portland for One Night Only. Puppet This presents The Knights of Nowhere.
The Knights of Nowhere is written and directed by Brandon Felker, based on an idea by Lindsey Newman. The performance will take place at the Brody Theater, 16 NW Broadway Portland, OR on Friday, April 23 at 10pm. After a successful six week Seattle run, Puppet This takes The Knights of Nowhere to Portland. The late-night tale of three friends’ epic struggle for control of their playground plays the Brody Theater for one night only, April 23 at 10pm.
Written by Brandon Felker based on an idea by Lindsey Newman, The Knights of Nowhere tells the story of misfits Theodore, Enis and Stuart as they square off against diabolical school bully Leslie and his sidekick Big Toe in an ultimate battle for the Beacon Academy playground. Will the boys’ IQ scores and kung fu skills be enough to help them discover the Super Secret Secret to Leslie’s downfall?
Crafted in the spirit of The Goonies and Avenue Q, The Knights of Nowhere features strong language and graphic puppet violence and is not recommended for actual children.
