Portland Revels Women's Ensemble ViVoce Holds Auditions 7/25-26

Portland Revels women's ensemble, ViVoce, will be holding auditions the weekend of July 25-26, 2009. ViVoce members are experienced singers who can make a year-round commitment to weekly rehearsals and semi-annual performance schedule.

ViVoce gives four public concerts a year in January and June at which they perform mostly a cappella Medieval, Renaissance, folk and traditional songs. They also donate one concert a year to an elder-care facility ("giving voice" to the community), and occasionally perform in other venues (Portland Farmer's Market, for example).
