Oregon Children's Theatre's Acting Academy is excited to announce that it will offer a Free Class Day on Saturday, March 18that OCT Headquarters, located at 1939 NE Sandy Blvd. New students ages 4-18 interested in learning about our Acting Academy classes are welcome to attend one of our free 30 minute classes, which will be divided by age.
This is a great opportunity for families to learn more about summer acting classes and the positive learning environment that OCT creates. OCT offers classes in Acting, Musical Theater, Improv, On Camera Acting, and more! At OCT, we believe that theater skills equal life skills. Through our classes students learn confidence, teamwork, creativity, focus, and compassion. Classes are taught by a staff of professional theater and teaching artists, eager to share their knowledge and joy of theater.
Students should plan to arrive a few minutes prior to their class time (listed below) to allow enough time for parking and check-in, and wear clothing comfortable for movement. A brief Q&A will follow. New families can receive 20% off a Summer Acting Academy class when registering at the event!
