ELLA ENCHANTED
October 20 - November 18, 2018 • Newmark Theatre
At birth, Ella was enchanted by a foolish fairy's spell and given the "gift" of obedience. Now, at 15, Ella sets out on a quest to reverse the spell and break the curse forever. A fairy tale musical full of nasty ogres, evil step-sisters, and even a handsome prince! [Recommended for ages 6 and up]
NAKED MOLE RAT GETS DRESSED: THE ROCK EXPERIENCE
January 19 - February 17, 2019 • Newmark Theatre
"They are a little bit rat. They are a little bit mole. They are all naked."
Wilbur is not your average naked mole rat: he likes to wear clothes. But his au natural friends think he's crazy and pressure him to give up his clothes-wearing ways. This cheeky musical shows that individualism can, and should, be worn proudly. [Recommended for ages 4 and up]
THE LEGEND OF ROCK PAPER SCISSORS
March 2 - April 14, 2019 • Winningstad Theatre
You've played the game. Now witness the legend of the three great warriors who started it all. From the Kingdom of Backyard came Rock; from the Empire of Mom's Home Office came Paper, and from the Kitchen Junk Drawer Realm came Scissors. Though they searched far and wide for worthy opponents, no one could beat them...until they met each other and a musical battle royale began!

JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS
April 20 - May 19, 2019 • Winningstad Theatre
Jason's uncle isn't exactly loveable...he's murdered his brother (the king), stolen the crown, and tormented his subjects. Jason wants to reclaim the throne, but to do so, he and his crew (The Argonauts!) must first sail to the ends of the earn to capture the Golden Fleece. Get ready for a quirky take on this classic tale as two actors take on dozens of roles armed with a cartload of wooden swords, silly hats, and lots of action figures. [Recommended for ages 7 and up]

DIARY OF A WORM, A SPIDER, AND A FLY
May 4 - June 2, 2019 • Newmark Theatre
Is Spider getting too big for his own skin? Will Fly find her superhero powers in time to save her Aunt Rita from peril? Will Worm learn to stand on his own two feet...even though he doesn't have feet? Take a look at the world from a bug's perspective in this musical - you'll see that their lives are a lot like ours! [Recommended for ages 4 and up]
OCT'S YOUNG PROFESSIONALS COMPANY
The Young Professionals Company offers a series of plays and performances presented by our Young Professionals (YPs). YPs are dedicated acting students aged 14-18 who have been selected to participate in a year-long mentoring program, through which they gain advanced training through exposure to a wide range of college-level workshops and professional development.
SHIVER: A MUSICAL GHOST STORY
October 26 - November 11, 2018 • YP Studio Theater
When a mute boy goes missing during a snowstorm, local teens are plunged into a mysterious game of manipulation, revelation, and terror. A deep power grows as the boy is sighted in snowy fields, school windows, treetops, and their homes; leaving only the knowledge that there is no escape. [Recommended for ages 14 and up]

IMPULSE: OCT'S IMPROV TROUPE

Get ready for another round of side-splitting improv comedy! Each show is unique and based on audience suggestions. The only things to prepare for are quick wits, sold-out shows, and having the time of your life! [Recommended for ages 7 and up]
GOOD KIDS
April 12 - April 24, 2019 • YP Studio Theater
Something happened to Chloe after that party last Saturday night. Something she says she can't remember. Something everybody is talking about. Set at a Midwestern high school, in a world of Facebook and Twitter, smartphones and YouTube, Good Kids explores a sexual encounter gone wrong and its very public aftermath. [Recommended for ages 14 and up - graphic content and language]

The mission of Oregon Children's Theatre is to create exceptional theater experiences that transform lives. Founded in 1988, OCT has served well over two million children, teachers, and families. OCT is Oregon's largest non-profit professional children's theater company and a resident company of Portland'5 Centers for the Arts. Performances are held weekdays for school audiences and on weekends for family audiences. OCT serves more than 120,000 children of all ages each year.
