Yes, Fuse fans: we're continuing with our exploration of breaking down the theater walls and joining you at the bar for karaoke! Along with our friend Mr. Rocky Rhodes, longtime KJ, Godfather of Portland karaoke, and recent theatre patron, we give you Karaoke Night! the Musical. Entry is free, but drinking and tipping are encouraged.

Thursday we play Local Lounge at 3536 NE MLK, just North of Fremont,
and next Wednesday the 24th you can catch us at Casey's Lounge, 610 NW Couch St.
More info about future dates next week...

With twelve performers and a cast of four, you'll never see the same show twice! Plus, each show takes place during an honest-to-God karaoke night, so audience performances are par for the course.

Are you lonely? Do you sing about it?
Do you dare?

Tuesday and Wednesday Evening Classes, 6-8pm at Theater! Theatre!
Just like last summer, we've got some extra time and space to share some of our ensemble members perhaps little-known expertise with the community.

This week, Kate Mura, Co-Artistic Director of Fuse, shares two workshops inviting you to answer Artaud's challenge to all actors to become "athletes of the emotions:"
Tuesday the 16th - The Grand Emotions of Commedia Dell'Arte, $10 and up.
This 2 hour intensive explores the physical and sensory manifestations of Rage, Fear, Joy and Sorrow asking the questions, "How is my body/movement effected by Emotion? How does being Emotion effect my body/movement?"

Wednesday the 17th - A Taste of Rasa, Pay What You Will.
Inspired by Kate's work with Paula Murray Cole on a generous RACC grant, Taste of Rasa shares the 9 rasa's outlined in the Natyasastra (sacred Hindu text of dance and drama) through physical exercises, breath and art.

More on next week's class soon: Sara Fay teaches Martial Arts Basics for Actors!

PLUS - catch MySp_ce

Starting this Friday, Rusty Tennant, our other Co-Artistic Director, shares his revamped one man autobiopoetical journey before taking it on the road...
Shows all start at 8pm:
Friday the 19th,
Saturday the 20th,
Wednesday the 24th,
Thursday the 25th, and
Friday the 26th.
Travel the unique path of one American over the past 4 decades, and discover one person's story is often our shared history.
