Angel Street opens October 16 in the arena theater at Gallery. The Manninghams live on Angel Street in the 19th Century. Mr. Manningham is slowly torturing his devoted wife Bella into insanity.
Mrs. Manningham has an unexpected caller: Inspector Rough from Scotland Yard, who is convinced that Mr. M is a criminal. The play Angel Street was adapted into the 1944 MGM Oscar winning movie Gaslight.
Special Opening Night Only Event: Sejourne Wines will host a complimentary wine tasting on October 16, 2009 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. upstairs in the loft before the show.
