Hands on a Hardbody at Keystone Repertory Theater

A Pennsylvania Premiere!


Hands on a Hardbody, a Made in America musicalKRT brings the Pennsylvania premiere of Hands on a Hardbody, the critically acclaimed new musical direct from Broadway. Under a scorching sun for days on end, 10 Texans compete for a brand-new truck, with only humor and the American dream to keep them fighting. With a book by the Pulitzer Prize-winning Doug Wright and music by Trey Anastasio of the band PHISH and Amanda Green, this show, chock full of small town values, is directed by KRT artistic director Nick Hrutkay (IUP ’11).


Hands on a Hardbody plays June 12, 13, and 14 at 7:00 p.m. and June 15 at 2:00 p.m. It will be performed on the Flagstone outside of Wallwork Hall on the IUP campus.


Tickets are available on the IUP Ticket page, and the remaining seats will be sold at the door 45 minutes before the show. Tickets are priced at $14 for regular, $12 for senior, and $10 for I-Card holders.
