The Australian Pink Floyd Show was formed in Adelaide, South Australia in 1988 and began touring the UK in 1993. Having established itself around the world, The Australian Pink Floyd Show has become one of the definitive concerts for live music audiences, with Floyd fans of all ages embracing this spectacular two and a half hour show. The Australian Pink Floyd Show tour will include band members Arran Ahmun, drums; Carl Brunsdon, sax, bass and percussion; Ian Cattell, bass and vocals; Damian Darlington, guitar and vocals; Bobby Harrison, guitar; Rob Stringer, keyboards; and backing vocalists: Ola Bienkowska, Emily Jollands and Jacqueline Williams.

Perhaps the ultimate endorsement comes from David Gilmour, Pink Floyd's guitarist, a fan himself, having seen The Australian Pink Floyd Show three times. He joined thousands of fans in London at the famous Royal Albert Hall for, what was described as "a show that truly embraces the Floyd legacy." Shine on, you crazy Aussies.

Did TAPFS band really play at David Gilmour's birthday?
The Aussie Floyd received the ultimate invitation in 1996, becoming the only Floyd tribute band to be asked to perform for a member of Pink Floyd, namely David Gilmour's 50th birthday celebrations in London At DG's 50th birthday party.

Has TAPFS ever played with Pink Floyd?
At DG's birthday, the TAPFS were joined on stage by Richard Wright and Guy Pratt, for a rousing rendition of Comfortably Numb. They then happily handed over their instruments to David Gilmour, Richard Wright, Guy Pratt, Tim Renwick, Gary Wallis and Claudia Fontaine, and were treated to renditions of 'Money', 'What do you want from me', and various other jams, much to the delight of the other party guests.
