The producers of the national tour of the new musical THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, and PNC Broadway Across America-Pittsburgh announce that single tickets will go on sale December 14, 2012 at 9 AM for the Pittsburgh engagement. THE BOOK OF MORMON will run March 26-April 7, 2013 at the Benedum Center, Pittsburgh, PA. The performance schedule is Tuesday-Thursday at 7:30 p.m.; Friday at 8:00 p.m.; Saturday at 2:00 and 8:00 p.m.; and Sunday at 1:00 and 6:30 p.m. Performance schedule, prices and cast are subject to change without notice. Matt Stone. Parker and Stone are the four-time Emmy Award-winning creators of the landmark animated series, "South Park." Tony Award-winner Lopez is co-creator of the long-running hit musical comedy,
Avenue Q. The musical is choreographed by Tony Award-winner
Casey Nicholaw (
Monty Python's Spamalot, The Drowsy Chaperone) and is directed by Nicholaw and Parker.
