The Pittsburgh CLO Membership elected five new directors during its Annual Meeting on January 28, 2016 at the Duquesne Club, Downtown. This diverse group of individuals includes some of Pittsburgh's finest working professionals and community-oriented individuals.

This talented group joins 16 renewing Directors, 39 current Directors and 11 Ex-Officio Directors in their effort to fulfill the organization's mission. Through their leadership, participation on 13 standing committees, personal and corporate donations and attendance at performances and fundraising events, the Board continues to show unwavering support for this valuable Pittsburgh institution. They are also committed to the furnishing of arts education and providing outreach and meaningful community service opportunities in Western Pennsylvania.
About the new CLO Board Members

Mr. Pritam M. Advani, CPA serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of PCN Network Inc. Mr. Advani previously served as Vice President of Business Development at NDCHealth Corporation, as Chief Financial Officer for TechRx Incorporated and E-Transport, Inc. He currently serves as a director of Family Services of Western Pennsylvania and as Director of Logfire, Inc. He has previously served as a Director of Medallion Analytics Software Corp and as a Director and Chairman of True Commerce, Inc. Mr. Advani also served as a Duquesne Light Company and as a Director of its holding company Duquesne Light Holdings Inc., from July 2005 to July 2007. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Ms. Vicki C. Henn has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. since June 30, 2014 and since July 2014, respectively. Ms. Henn served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Retail Banking at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. until June 30, 2014. She joined PNC in 1993 and has held a number of leadership positions, including Deputy Director of Human Resources for the Regional Community Bank, eastern division Human Resources Manager and staffing manager for the Distribution Segment. She also served as Managing Director of Community Development Banking, which provided her with business experience outside of Human Resources. She was an Assistant Human Resources Manager for Macy's Northeast. She holds a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mr. James W. Rogers has served as Rice Energy's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting & Administrative Officer and Treasurer since February 2015 and, prior to that, had served as Vice President, Chief Accounting & Administrative Officer and Treasurer since October 2013. Mr. Rogers joined Rice Energy and its affiliates in April 2011 as Controller and subsequently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from January 2012 through October 2012 and Chief Financial Officer from November 2012 through September 2013. Mr. Rogers also serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting & Administrative Officer and Treasurer of Rice Midstream Partners LP. Prior to joining Rice Energy and its affiliates, Mr. Rogers served as a financial specialist with EQT Corporation, working in the corporate accounting group, from May 2010 to March 2011. Prior to EQT, Mr. Rogers served as an assurance manager for Ernst & Young LLP in their Pittsburgh office from September 2007 to April 2010. He began his career in 2002 as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in its Pittsburgh office. Mr. Rogers is a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and holds a BSBA in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Mr. Michael K. Vennum is an attorney in the Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP Pittsburgh office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. He represents exploration and production companies and midstream operators in regional land development matters, including local zoning, road use, municipal ordinance challenges and general real estate matters. Mr. Vennum is a member of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association, the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has published extensively on energy law and other topics related to oil and gas and land use. Mr. Vennum currently serves as an adjunct professor in California University of Pennsylvania's Land Management Program. Prior to joining Vorys, he was a partner in the Burleson LLP Pittsburgh office. He also served as lead real estate counsel for Cricket Communications, Inc., a nationwide mobile phone services provider, and as corporate counsel to Crown Castle USA, Inc., an operator and developer of wireless telecommunications towers. Mr. Vennum received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University. His professional and community activities include: Pennsylvania Bar Association - Environmental and Energy Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections; Western Pennsylvania Chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Former Board Member and Legislative Liaison; and he also serves as a volunteer firefighter.
Mr. Yarone Zober is the Senior Director of Business Development for McKnight Realty Partners. He previously served as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh. Mr. Zober's primary focus, serving also as Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, the city's economic development arm, was to design and implement the area's revitalization strategy. This effort resulted in billions of dollars of city-wide investment including new corporate headquarters and skyscrapers, multipurpose arenas, and office, hotel, residential and retail development. These accomplishments led to attracting the G-20 to Pittsburgh and to annual accolades for Pittsburgh and its economic growth climate. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to his work as Chief of Staff, Mr. Zober worked as an attorney for several years at the law firms of Reed Smith and Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel. He has served as Chairman of the Pittsburgh Parking Authority, on the boards of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the Carnegie Science Center, the Pennsylvania Tax Reform Commission, the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission and many other boards, authorities and commissions. Mr. Zober is a former Gene Kelly award nominee (1993) and received the Gene Kelly Distinguished Alumni Award from the CLO in 2012.
