Young Washington lets students explore the early life and surprising rise to power of George Washington. They will journey with him through the dangerous uncharted territory of early America as he faces hostile Native American tribes and French forces; watching as this young man overcomes insurmountable obstacles to fulfill his destiny as one of young America's greatest leaders. From the harshness of battle to the lush green splendor of Mount Vernon, this musical history lesson will introduce students to the man behind the legend.
