John Bucchino Visits Carnegie Mellon, 10/23

Acclaimed Broadway and cabaret composer/lyricist, John Bucchino, will join students from Carnegie Mellon's School of Drama for a cabaret of his work.  The evening, set for Saturday, 10/23 @ 10:30pm at the Cabaret at Theater Square in Downtown Pittsburgh, will be a celebration of Bucchino's work.

Bucchino's music has been heard in the shows LAVENDER GIRL, IT'S ONLY LIFE and the Broadway musical A CATERED AFFAIR, (Drama League Award). His songs, such as 'Grateful' and 'That Smile', have been recorded by Liza Minelli, Audra McDonald, Art Garfunkel, Kristen Chenoweth, and Michael Feinstein to name a few.

Those set to perform include Trevor McQueen Eaton (Annie Get Your Gun, 'S Wonderful, PCLO), Denver Milord, Lucia Roderique, Lindsay Spangenthal, Grey Henson, Corey Cott (Miss Saigon, PCLO), Noah Plomgren, Jessie Shelton, Abdiel Vivancos, Lilli Passero and Marrick Smith.  The show is produced musically by Gary Kline and Richard Teaster.

Bucchino will provide accompaniment for each performer on selections from his songbook and offer stories about his songs.

TICKETS
Only $5.00 at the door. Cash & credit accepted. District Patrons - Present your ticket stub from an earlier show at any other theater to gain free admission to Late Night (after 10:15pm and while seats last).

TIMES
Doors to this Late Night Cabaret performance open at 10:00pm / District Patrons seated after 10:15pm / Show begins at 10:30pm.
