By the Tony-award winning authors of Falsettos (James Lapine and William Finn), here is an energetic, sardonic, often comical musical about a composer during a medical emergency. Gordon (Justin Zeno) collapses into his lunch and awakes in the hospital surrounded by his maritime-enthusiast lover (Jason Shavers), his mother (Arlene Merryman), his best friend and co-worker (Sara Barbisch), a homeless woman (Natalie Hatcher), the doctor (Corey Nile Wingard), the nurses (Rob James and Cara Walkowiak) and the hospital minister (Dustin Wickett). Reluctantly, he had been composing a song for a children's television show that features a frog - Mr. Bungee (Corey Nile Wingard).

This production contains mature themes and adult language. Viewer discretion is advised.

the BALD theatre company's mission, achievable through the presentation of quality theatrical performances, is to explore and expose stereotypes, focus on the individual, and to embrace those qualities which make us unique and valuable. the BALD theatre company is a celebration of our differences beyond stigma without fear of substance or content while connecting to our collective human experience.
