Cast and Creative team for Every Christmas Story Ever Told ( And Then Some!) at Emerson Theater Collaborative

William Gabriel Grier (Gabe), is so excited to be back in action with the Emerson Theater crew! If you missed the February production of "Vivian's Music 1969", I'm not saying you should feel bad, but I'm also not saying you should not feel bad about your February choices. But, you're here so things are looking up! A professional actor, writer, producer, director, and International acting teacher, Gabe LOVES bringing stories to life whether on stage, in film, or in his living room in front of the cats! He primarily uses his art to foster social change, but he also enjoys being utterly ridiculous. A lover of laughing, people, hugging, candy, and life! He dedicates this performance to his Dad, his BFF cousin Jade, his wonderfully perfect wife Stephanie, and his son Adiye Finix Cerulean who is 1 year old as of December 5th.

You can see him in the feature films: "The Stalking Fields", "What Are You Thinking?", and award-winning films "Birds Without Feathers", "Run" and "Promise" and the series "Rider". Since mid-2020 Gabriel has been receiving rave reviews* of his harrowing performance of an anti-social, mask-wearing recluse that secretly longs for human contact, in the on-going series "Covid World".***Reviews are from the cats. **This is not a real series, just real life.

Joshua Rivedal (Marcel)—speaker, actor, playwright, innovator, social entrepreneur—is the creator and founder of Changing Minds: A Mental Health Based Curriculum and The i’Mpossible Project. He has spoken about suicide prevention, mental health and nutrition, and diverse experiences across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia. He is trained in human capital management with an emphasis in coaching from New York University, community counseling from the Southern California Counseling,  Center, the teacher’s edition of emotional intelligence at Yale University’s Center for Emotional Intelligence, and is trained in suicide prevention modalities QPR and ASIST. His original coursework on suicide prevention is taught in Washington State to various professions such as dentists, pharmacists, and occupational therapists. As an actor, Joshua’s voice has been heard on U.S. national commercials like Dell, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, and Johnnie Walker; as well as on one of the Freckleface Strawberry Books, Cinderella Penguin, and as part of the award-winning voiceover cast of The Art of Secrets by James Klise. In the business world, Joshua has worked on the marketing team of the world’s best-selling author James Patterson. He is the author of six books and a co-author of three scientific peer-reviewed journal papers, one on the trajectory of the survivor of suicide loss, another on the art of living with chronic illness, the third on surviving trauma.

Jimmy Shoffman (Jimmy) After a six-year hiatus and becoming a new dad this past July, Jimmy is excited to return to and share the stage with these amazing fellow actors! A three-time Arizoni-winning actor, previous credits include Freddy Benson (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Will Parker (Oklahoma), John Merrick (The Elephant Man), and Jamie (The Last Five Years). Special thanks to Camilla and Emerson Theatre Collaborative for believing in me. To Sarah and Baby Emily Rose, my light shines brightest with you! Beyond the stage, Jimmy can be heard as one of the hosts of the #1 Geek News Podcast on Apple Podcasts/iTunes: Geek So To Speak Podcast, and actively works as a voice actor providing voiceover services for audiobooks, commercials, e-learning, narration, etc. Visit www.shoffvo.com for details and to book!
