WILLY WONKA KIDS Set for Peoria, Now thru June 3

Chocolate abounds at Theater Works with the production of Willy Wonka Kids. Willy Wonka shares his riddles, rattles, and sweet fiddle-faddles with 5 kids who win a contest by finding the precious golden tickets in Roald Dahl's classic. This Kids Alive! At Theater Works production is sponsored by Cerreta Candy Company of Glendale and three lucky winners at each performance will receive VIP passes for a tour and chocolate pizza-making workshop. (And everyone will receive a sample of their FAMOUS mint chocolate). Willy Wonka runs today, May 31st - June 3rd in the Gyder Theater and tickets are $8 / person.

Roald Dahl's timeless story of the world famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to life in this stage adaptation of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, which features the songs from the classic family film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The memorable score features "The Candy Man", "Pure Imagination", "Oompa Loompa" and "I Want it Now" by Academy® and Grammy® award winners Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley, neatly fitted into a new script adapted under the auspices of the Dahl Estate.
