The Great Arizona Puppet Theatre presents, JACK RABBIT AND THE DESERT TORTOISE, Mar. 4-15 and ADULT PUPPETRY SLAM, featuring Carla Rhodes, Mar. 6-7.

JACK RABBIT AND THE DESERT TORTOISE, a funny version of Aesop's "Tortoise and the Hare" fable, features slow and steady Dusty the Desert Tortoise in an epic race against wild Jack the Jackrabbit, set in the Sonoran Desert. There's plenty of audience participation as you cheer for your favorite athlete!

ADULT PUPPETRY SLAM, or "The Slam," brings together quirky, edgy puppeteers presenting exciting short works for adults. Featuring Special Guest Artist CARLA RHODES the world's foremost (and only!) rock 'n' roll ventriloquist, dubbed by "New York Magazine" as one of the "Ten New Comedians That Funny People Find Funny." SHOWTIMES:Wednesdays through Fridays at 10am, Saturdays at 10am & 2pm, Sundays at 2pm
