The Great Arizona Puppet Theater announces its upcoming shows for the 2014 season.

February 19-March 2
"HOTEL SAGUARO": Meet silly Sammy Saguaro, his wise Grandpa and all the desert birds and animals that call the saguaro their home in this funny, award-winning show about this amazing cactus and its role here in the beautiful Sonoran Desert.

March 5-9
SPECIAL GUEST ARTIST EULENSPIEGEL PUPPET THEATRE PRESENTS "LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD": Eulenspiegel's adaptation of this beloved Grimms' folk tale uses delightfully crafted miniature Bohemian marionettes and the set is an extra-large pop-up storybook, all designed and created by puppeteer Monica Leo. ADULT PUPPET SLAM: Part of an ongoing series of puppet shows for adults, the Slam brings together quirky, edgy puppeteers presenting exciting short works for adults. Outrageous, moving, bawdy, controversial -- expect the unexpected! Featuring special Guest Artist MONICA LEO of EULENSPIEGEL PUPPET THEATRE. ADULTS ONLY, ages 18+. $10 if PAID at least 24 hrs in advance, $12 day-of-show. 8pm both nights.

SHOWTIMES (unless otherwise noted): Wednesdays through Fridays at 10am, Saturdays at 10am & 2pm, Sundays at 2pm
