The All Puppet Players bring you The NeverEnding Story: Live & Legless. Based on the classic 80's movie that scared the living daylights out of every boy and girl with a VHS player, this show will be the biggest concept APP has tackled yet.

"Our goal is to loving rebuild these puppets so they look just as horrible in real life as they did on the big screen," says writer and director Shaun McNamara. "Right now our designs are ambitious. We want a fifteen foot rock-biter puppet to walk on stage. We have no idea how we're going to do it... but we will do it! Or die trying!"

This sprawling fantasy epic will be overflowing with APP's signature wit, pop-culture references, cost prohibitive sets, and pure puppet anarchy that will lambaste and pay homage to this celluloid childhood classic. It follows the story of a young boy who finds a magical book that transports his imagination into a mythical land currently threatened by a darkness hell-bent on destroying everything it touches. Atreyu and his friends, including, a rock monster, a luck dragon, and a freaking guy riding a snail, all help him in his quest to destroy "The Nothing" and save Fantasia.
