Tempe Little Theatre, the community's only non-profit, all volunteer, theater company will open its 38th season with the musical TWO BY TWO directed for Tempe Little Theatre by Petey Swartz, with music direction by Jenn Toon and choreography by Cambrian james.
With wonderful music by Richard Rodgers, a book by Peter Stone and lyrics by Martin Charnin, TWO BY TWO is a fresh retelling of the Biblical story of Noah and the Ark. His journey is by turns, hilarious, tender and inspirational. When the land dries, man and beast are invited to venture forth "Two By Two" into the bright New World.
Performance dates are September 18, 19, 25, 26, October 2 and 3 at 8 p.m., October 1 at 7 p.m., and September 20, 26, 27, October 3 and 4 at 2.p.m.
All performances will be held at the Tempe Center for the Arts at 700 W Rio Salado Parkway at Tempe Town Lake. Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $18 for seniors (55+) and students.
